Thinking on mine and working it out I think mine is FAITH.
 
 
 Indelibly written in the heart, in action, in business, in family, in the future in everything.
Not that fluffy, empty thing grabbing at straws, weakly reaching out not believing it will happen but the REAL absolute unwavering fact of faith.
 
The  three aspects making up my core word  are Faith Hope and Love. 
Love and be loved in your life, love what you do and you will do it well it is essential.
Hope solid go get it reality.. no hope and life and work are futile.
Faith spiritually, in yourself, in your BUSINESS, in others. 
 
 
These are all strengths for success and true happiness and it drives away fear!

To Be or Not to Be... Everyone has heard this quote at some time or another...today I'm looking at it in a completely different light. Change and success, what is blocking me from going forward? What is one of the major resistance points? Yes, I want the change, yes I want to success going forward BUT..   then up comes up the immediate and inexhaustible list of  excuses that are feasible and convincing. You no doubt have your own list the brain has stored up saved and flashes up when ever needed. Enter PROCRASTINATION  in all its glory. Communication.  One of the most valuable skills in life, something to be valued; obtained; developed and constantly used.   I find it facinating, that a very large percentage  of what is communicated is non verbal. All our senses are involved. What we see in body language of another, or what they see in our body language; tone of voice; silences; what we look like; how present we are in a conversation; focus and listening is a huge one and so is the emotional output and response to each other and I'm sure so much more   Transmitting, one being to another. How aware we should be of what we are communicating! Not out of fear, but rather, I think, out of awareness of the content and it being positive, uplifting, productive and the like.
