For the Times They are a Changing....

I'm loving this rendition of a great Bob Dylan song.. Tracey Chapman really nail it!! Simple acoustic guitar and a beautiful voice with a message that  once again is very relevant.

Its more than the whole "We didn't do it that way... " etc. No, our world is changing so rapidly with technology and the internet highway itself is having a massive change that will affect business and how things are done in general. Hugely exciting yet quite terrifying  in content and speed.

Language is undergoing massive change. No longer just different to each country but  detailed and different to each application; texting, computers, internet money, blockchain technology. We speak, read listen to each other and can be so lost even in your own mother tongue!

Education is changing shape, school will be very different in the near future and specializing demanded at a way younger age. Study online is massive and linked to some of the best institutions worldwide allowing greater accessibility.

Yet human nature is to my mind fundamentally the same. We have the same basic needs and longings. So how do we adapt, yet again? How do we remain human, compassionate, real, happy. A delicate balance but essential.  How do we maintain our identity,  privacy, and still stay relevant?

Change is here and change we must.  Change cannot be stopped but we can chose to be informed, not to be overwhelmed with FUD (fear uncertainty and doubt).  De-centralization is a big move and in many ways essential if we are not  to end up having our lives and every decisions made for us.
Take time to sing , dance, walk bare foot in nature, enjoy a tech free time... love, laugh, pray commune with God , travel and see new things.

It is still a good life, we are still fearfully and wonderfully made, unique. There is love and beauty around us for the taking. Lets take on the good things and spit out the sticks.. yes the Times they are a changing.

No I have not forgotten this blog is about Online business adventure as well.  With all the changes in my life this has definitely taken a back shelf however, its again down but not out..... Time to get back on the horse me thinks. So much excitement, debate about Bitcoin and and cryptocurrencies and their  potential for great success or a biggest bubble out there about to burst is another opinion I have heard. Which companies are legit?? How are some making a mint in this new cryptocurrency thing and others being taken to the cleaners? Is it the new or next progression in payment or trade..i.e from barter to roman coins to paper money to crypto??  from a couple of hundred dollars to 15000.00 per coin  does make one take notice.. So back to the Online Journey...

Yes back to the online stuff.  I have made contacts and started building relationships with the group of Internet Marketers. Slow and steady wins the race without a doubt.   It is vital to build a list of subscribers and it has required and will still require much reading, understanding and as Janet says "take action". Lead capture pages, advertising,... send traffic to this important page . Whilst I feel slow and experience some frustration in not understanding the IT side, it is exciting to be on the student side of learning again and each step forward is an achievement and forward motion to my goals. I remember being taught regarding prayer there are two sorts of prayer answers 1. rockets... they arrive BANG there the answer is. 2.Tortoises... they set out bring your answer but you must wait.  If you give up you sent the tortoise      back!!  you pray again and it sets out again... I was horrified at the concept of losing God...
To Be or Not to Be... Everyone has heard this quote at some time or another...today I'm looking at it in a completely different light. Change and success, what is blocking me from going forward? What is one of the major resistance points? Yes, I want the change, yes I want to success going forward BUT..   then up comes up the immediate and inexhaustible list of  excuses that are feasible and convincing. You no doubt have your own list the brain has stored up saved and flashes up when ever needed. Enter PROCRASTINATION  in all its glory. Well whether its based in fear or stress which are both real and debilitating, procrastination robs me of my ability to get started  or progress  IF I LET IT.   So how do I get past this ingrained brain response.. how do I stop kangrooing from decision to action? First I make a leap of faith, decision made .. now its time to DO something Linda, I like Mel Robbins statement micro action... daily!! For ...
