Communication. One of the most valuable skills in life, something to be valued; obtained; developed and constantly used.
I find it facinating, that a very large percentage of what is communicated is non verbal. All our senses are involved. What we see in body language of another, or what they see in our body language; tone of voice; silences; what we look like; how present we are in a conversation; focus and listening is a huge one and so is the emotional output and response to each other and I'm sure so much more
Transmitting, one being to another. How aware we should be of what we are communicating! Not out of fear, but rather, I think, out of awareness of the content and it being positive, uplifting, productive and the like. We have an inbuilt ability to filter this information, hone the skill of listening to our inner self, as well as the unspoken words of the other person. Listening and really hearing. Just like learning to walk or talk, it is there but needs practice; commitment and practice to the point of it becoming second nature. How short I fall often of this ideal, allowing the wrong thoughts and words or concepts define me and my progress along life's journey. How about you? Are we online with each other? in touch with ourselves and each other? In the present moment ? NOW, in work, in play, in love, in spirit?
It seems to me that gentle, non judgemental bringing ones attention back to the task at hand or ones physical, emotional and spiritual awareness, helps us to be focused and productive and able to cope better moment by moment, day by day. Here I explore building online work, business. A focused plan, learning and going forward. There are amazing resources and assistance to do this, it a case of learning to listen to instruction, communicate what you want, and get in touch with like minded people.
What ever your "line" is I wish you joy, success and wonderful communications in YOUR journey.. Be blessed and happy
