Laughter... a Merry heart doeth good like a medicine...

We know it and yet so easily we forget how great a good laugh is... a belly laugh.. on that can make you gasp for breath in the best possible way and with the best results. Yip endorphins for free and in abundance... feel good stuff. That can only be good for us and something we should seek out. Daily essentials food, work, sleep, exersize and laughter ... My youngest daughter can make me laugh at the drop of a hat and it is a joy to watch something stupid together and laugh til we cry.. something quite "arb" will set her off and out pours the joy ... thanks for this darling, it is a real gift for sharing.



Watch this little one  and see how adults are quite free to be happy stupid to make a child laugh, why? Just for the joy of hearing the pure and beautiful laugh that makes us respond likewise.  Yes please I want more of that :) and you ???

I'm loving this rendition of a great Bob Dylan song.. Tracey Chapman really nail it!! Simple acoustic guitar and a beautiful voice with a message that  once again is very relevant. Its more than the whole "We didn't do it that way... " etc. No, our world is changing so rapidly with technology and the internet highway itself is having a massive change that will affect business and how things are done in general.
